I've held onto this plushie for a while now, and for a long time, I've thought about giving it to Miss C.C., if she ever returns... but I think you should have it instead.

Thank you so much for staying with me, and treating me like family even in the absence of your own. We've been through a lot together, and I'm so glad I'll be able to celebrate the New Year with you.

[another person who makes him nervous. she moreso than shirley or mami, and he really doesn't have to be nervous, does he? this is just audio, she can't see the frown he wears as he thinks about what to say to her, what to do, is his empress okay?

he's come back from 'your majesty' and 'empress', so calling her by her first name again— it's weird. he doesn't think he'll get used to it right away, but he's always been good at adapting to changes. probably. he hopes.]

I'm sorry for disappearing again, but I'm back now. [apologetic, always.] Just today, actually, a couple of hours ago— [and he saw that lelouch was back, and so was c.c., they're back and doesn't that just make him the happiest person in the world (not)?] I just wanted to call you and let you know.
